The GPI M-240S-MU fuel transfer pump features a rotary gear design and is constructed from corrosion-resistant diecast aluminum. It operates with a duty cycle of 30 minutes ON and 30 minutes OFF, an operating pressure of 15 psi (1.03 bar), and an operating temperature range of -20°F to 125°F (-29°C to 52°C). This pump is designed for use with a 24-volt power source. The motor is U.L. Listed to U.S. and Canadian Standards.

The M-240S-MU pump features a spin collar mount for easy installation onto a tank or barrel. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and capable of supporting the pump's weight and the weight of the fuel it will transfer.

2. Position the pump so that the hose and nozzle can reach the desired dispensing location without strain.

4.2 Connecting Hoses and Nozzle

1. Connect the fuel hose to the pump's outlet. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
2. Attach the manual shut-off nozzle to the other end of the fuel hose.

1. Ensure the pump is securely mounted and all hose and electrical connections are tight.
2. Place the nozzle into the receiving tank or container.
