The SINOTIMER MC101-611 is a universal intelligent temperature control meter designed for precise temperature and humidity management. It features a clear LCD display for process value (PV) and set value (SV), along with various output and alarm functions. 5. Postavljanje

5.1 Montaža

The MC101-611 is designed for panel mounting. Cut an appropriate opening in your control panel and insert the meter. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting bracket. Ensure a snug fit to prevent vibration.

5.2 Ožičenje

Refer to the wiring diagram on the side of the unit and Figure 5.1 for correct connections. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated. Incorrect wiring can damage the device or pose a safety hazard.

• Terminali 1 i 2: AC Power Supply (85-265V AC, 50/60Hz)
• Terminali 3 i 4: Main Output (OUT) - Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) contacts for Relay output.
• Terminali 6 i 7: Alarm Output (ALM) - Relay contacts for alarm.
• Terminali 8, 9, 10: Sensor Input (RTD/TC) - Connect your temperature sensor here. Refer to the sensor's manual for correct polarity/connection type.
• Terminali 11 i 12: SSR Output - For connecting to a Solid State Relay.

6. Upute za rad

6.1 Prikaz prekoview

The meter features a dual display:

• PV (Vrijednost procesa): The upper red display shows the current measured temperature/humidity.
• SV (Postavljena vrijednost): The lower green display shows the desired set point.
• OUT indikator: Illuminates when the main output is active.
• AT indikator: Illuminates when the auto-tuning function is active.
• AL1/AL2 Indicators: Illuminate when Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 conditions are met.

6.2 Funkcije gumba

• Gumb SET: Koristi se za ulazak u način podešavanja parametara i potvrdu odabira.
• < / R/S Button: Used to shift digits during setting or to reset alarms.
• Tipka ▼ (Dolje): Decreases the value of a parameter or set point.
• Gumb ▲ (Gore): Increases the value of a parameter or set point.

6.3 Setting the Temperature/Humidity Set Point (SV)

1. In normal operating mode, press the SET button once. The SV display will begin to flash.
2. Koristite ▲ (Gore) i ▼ (Down) buttons to adjust the SV to your desired value. Use the < / R/S button to shift the cursor for faster adjustment.
3. Pritisnite tipku SET button again to confirm the new SV and exit the setting mode.

6.4 Napredne postavke parametara

To access advanced parameters (e.g., input type, control mode, alarm settings, PID parameters), press and hold the SET button for approximately 3-5 seconds until the first parameter code appears on the PV display. Use the ▲ (Gore) i ▼ (Down) buttons to navigate through parameters and the SET button to enter and confirm values.
