3. Postavljanje i prva upotreba

2. Čiste komponente: Before first use, wash the glass carafe, its lid, and the filter holder with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry. The removable water tank can also be cleaned this way.
3. Plasman: Place the coffee machine on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the counter. Ensure there is enough space around the machine for proper ventilation.

Fill the water tank to the maximum level (1.25 L), place an empty filter paper in the filter holder, and run a full brewing cycle. Discard the water and repeat once more.

4. Upute za rad

Follow these steps to brew a perfect cup of coffee:

1. Napunite spremnik za vodu: Remove the water tank from the side of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the desired number of cups (max 1.25 L / 10 cups) using the water level indicator. Reinsert the water tank firmly into its position.
2. Insert Filter Paper: Swivel the filter holder out from the front of the machine. Place a new size 4 paper filter into the filter holder.
3. Dodajte talog kave: Add the desired amount of ground coffee into the paper filter. A common recommendation is 7-8 grams of coffee per cup (approx. 1 tablespoon). Adjust to your taste.
4. Close Filter Holder: Swivel the filter holder back into its closed position. Ensure it is securely latched.

The warming plate will keep your coffee hot for approximately 40 minutes before the machine automatically shuts off for energy saving. You can remove the carafe at any time during or after brewing, thanks to the drip stop function.

5.1 Dnevno čišćenje

• Wash the glass carafe, its lid, and the filter holder with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. These parts are generally dishwasher-safe, but hand washing is recommended for best care.

5.2 Uklanjanje kamenca

Mineral deposits from water can build up over time, affecting performance and coffee taste. Descale your machine regularly, depending on water hardness and frequency of use (e.g., every 1-3 months).

1. Pripremite otopinu za uklanjanje kamenca: Use a commercial descaling agent specifically designed for coffee machines, following the manufacturer's instructions. Alternatively, you can use a solution of white vinegar and water (e.g., 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water).
2. Pokrenite ciklus uklanjanja kamenca: Pour the descaling solution into the water tank. Place an empty paper filter in the filter holder and the empty carafe on the warming plate. Start a brewing cycle.
3. Pauza (nije obavezno): For heavy scale buildup, you may pause the cycle halfway through and let the solution sit in the machine for about 15-30 minutes before resuming.
