4. Postavljanje
4.1. Ugradnja baterije
- Otvorite poklopac odjeljka za baterije na stražnjoj strani monitora.
- Insert the specified type and number of batteries (e.g., 4 x AA batteries) according to the polarity indicators (+ and -).
- Čvrsto zatvorite poklopac odjeljka za baterije.
4.2. Pričvršćivanje manžete
- Insert the air plug of the cuff into the air jack on the side of the monitor. Ensure it is firmly connected.
- The cuff is designed for upper arm circumference between 22-42 cm. Ensure the cuff size is appropriate for your arm.

5. Upute za rad
5.1. Prije mjerenja
- Izbjegavajte jesti, piti alkohol, pušiti, vježbati i kupati se 30 minuta prije mjerenja.
- Odmorite se najmanje 5 minuta prije mjerenja.
- Sjednite u udoban položaj s naslonom na leđa i stopalima na podu.
- Postavite ruku na ravnu površinu tako da manžeta bude u visini srca.
- Ensure clothing does not restrict your arm.
5.2. Mjerenje
- Wrap the cuff firmly around your upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm.
- Pritisnite tipku START/STOP gumb. Manžeta će se automatski napuhati i mjerenje će započeti.
- Ostanite mirni i nemojte razgovarati tijekom mjerenja.
- Once the measurement is complete, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
- Pritisnite tipku START/STOP ponovno pritisnite gumb za isključivanje uređaja ili će se on automatski isključiti nakon određenog razdoblja neaktivnosti.

5.3. Funkcija memorije
The device stores up to 99 measurements for two users. To review prošla čitanja:
- Pritisnite tipku Memorija button (often indicated by a person icon or 'M').
- Use the user selection button (if available, often another person icon) to switch between User 1 and User 2.
- Pritisnite tipku Memorija button repeatedly to scroll through stored readings.
6. Održavanje i skladištenje
- Očistite monitor i manžetu mekom, suhom krpom. Nemojte koristiti abrazivna sredstva za čišćenje niti uranjati uređaj u vodu.
- Uređaj čuvajte na hladnom i suhom mjestu, dalje od izravne sunčeve svjetlosti i ekstremnih temperatura.

- Do not fold the cuff too tightly or twist the air tube.
