Preparing Your Espresso

1. Mljeti zrna kave: Use freshly ground coffee beans. For optimal espresso, a fine grind is recommended.
2. Fill the Basket: Add your desired amount of ground coffee (typically 15-18g) into the 51mm stainless steel basket. Use the WDT tool to distribute the grounds evenly to prevent channeling.

4. Assemble Portafilter: Attach the filled and tamped portafilter to the bottom of the MiiCoffee Eon machine.
5. Dodajte vodu: Unscrew the top cap and fill the water tank with up to 80ml of fresh water. You can use cold water for self-heating or pre-heated hot water to conserve battery.

6. Start Heating (if using cold water): Long press the power button to begin the self-heating process. The machine will heat the water to 92°C (197.6°F).

7. Započni ekstrakciju: Once the water is heated (or if using pre-heated water), place a cup under the portafilter. Double-click the power button to start the pre-infusion and extraction process. The machine will apply 20 bar pressure for optimal espresso extraction.

Čišćenje
