Follow these steps carefully to install your Lockly Secure Pro smart lock.
1. Priprema
Remove any existing lock set from your door. Ensure your door meets the following specifications:
- Debljina vrata: 1-3/8" (35mm) to 2" (50mm)
- Cross Bore Hole Diameter: 2-1/8" (54 mm)
- Edge Bore Hole Diameter: 1" (25 mm)
- Backset: 2-3/8" (60 mm) ili 2-3/4" (70 mm)

2. Adjust Deadbolt and Install
Measure your door's backset. The deadbolt ships set to 2-3/4". If your backset is 2-3/8", adjust the deadbolt length by inserting a flathead screwdriver into the slot and turning clockwise to extend it. Insert the deadbolt into the door, ensuring the slot aligns vertically with the center of the door hole. Secure it with the provided screws (K).

3. Prepare Lock for Installation
The upper portion of the lockset can be secured with double-sided adhesive tape. If you desire added stability, you may drill a hole using the provided template and install the slotted barrel extension (O) to the exterior assembly (B), securing it with a flathead screwdriver. If not drilling, the adhesive tape is sufficient for stabilization during installation.

Ensure the torque blade is in the vertical position. Place the exterior assembly onto the door, guiding the connection cables through the cross bore hole under the deadbolt. Align and secure the assembly flush to the exterior door surface.
5. Prepare Door Sensor for Installation
When installing the door sensor, the distance between the wired sensor (P) and the sensor magnet (Q) must be less than 3/4" (19mm). If the door frame is higher than the door, add included foam pads to level the parts. Ensure the arrow of the wired sensor is placed next to the arrow of the sensor magnet as close as possible. For left-swing doors, reroute the door sensor wire through the side channel of the interior assembly. Do not install the sensors permanently yet.

With adhesive strips, align and secure the mounting plate (M) to the door. Guide the connection cable through and secure it to the lower left notched hole. Insert and hand-tighten two screws (G) located on the left and right of the blade. Check alignment and tighten with a screwdriver. Use the key to ensure the deadbolt locks and unlocks smoothly without binding or rubbing. Leave the deadbolt extended and remove the key.
7. Instalirajte baterije
With the door open and the deadbolt fully extended, insert three batteries. Press and hold the program button while inserting the fourth battery. The lock will automatically start a self-check. Release the program button once the check starts. If the lock is not properly installed, it will open and close repeatedly. Once the self-check completes, ensure the lock operates smoothly by manually locking and unlocking the door using the thumb turn on the interior assembly. Install the battery cover (H) and secure it with the screw on top.
8. Install Door Strike
Use the supplied door strike or your existing one, as long as the deadbolt operates smoothly without binding or catching.

The Lockly Secure Pro uses 4 AA batteries, providing up to 12 months of battery life. The app will provide low battery alerts. To replace batteries, remove the battery cover, replace all 4 AA batteries, and reattach the cover.

The touchscreen keypad is toughened film. To clean, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the screen or finish.
