- Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpets or uneven floors for accurate readings.
- Step onto the scale barefoot. Ensure your feet are in contact with the four metal electrodes on the scale surface.
- Stand still until your weight is displayed and stabilized on the scale's LCD screen.
- If the app is open and connected via Bluetooth, your weight and other body composition data will automatically sync to your profile u aplikaciji.
