Accepting Contactless Payments (NFC, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Initiate a transaction in the Square Point of Sale app.
- Instruct the customer to hold their contactless card or NFC-enabled device (e.g., smartphone with Apple Pay or Google Pay) near the contactless symbol on the Square Reader.
- Wait for the transaction to complete. A confirmation will appear on your device.


Manual Entry and Invoicing
The Square Point of Sale app also allows you to manually key in credit card numbers or send invoices directly to customers.
