3. If your source device requires power (e.g., Nintendo Switch in docked mode, Steam Deck), connect an external power supply (above 15V) to the PD 100W port on the capture card.
4. Open your preferred video capture software (e.g., OBS Studio, Potplayer) on your PC/laptop.
5. Select the UGREEN capture card as the video input device within the software.

5.2. Connecting to a VR Headset (e.g., Meta Quest 3)

To connect your Switch or Steam Deck to a Meta Quest 3 or similar VR headset, ensure your VR headset has the Meta Quest HDMI Link (Version V67 or above) installed.

1. Connect the capture card's integrated USB-A or USB-C connector to an available USB 3.0 port on your VR headset.
2. Connect the other end of the capture card (USB-C input) to your source device (e.g., Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck).
3. If your source device requires power, connect an external power supply (above 15V) to the PD 100W port on the capture card.
4. Launch the Meta Quest HDMI Link application on your VR headset to view the captured video feed.

5.3. Power Delivery for Charging

The capture card supports PD100W fast charging for USB-C input devices. This allows you to charge your Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck, or other compatible USB-C devices while capturing video.

• Connect a PD-compatible power adapter (above 15V) to the capture card's PD port.
• The power will be delivered to the connected USB-C input device.

• Black Screen: If you encounter a black screen, try turning off HDCP on your USB-C input device (e.g., game console). The capture card does not support devices with HDCP signals, such as DVDs.
