To initialize the system, press the 'PRG' button on the receiver using a paperclip until it beeps three times. Within a few seconds, press the 'ON' button on the transmitter. The receiver will beep four times to confirm successful pairing.
Consult the troubleshooting section of your specific SIT manual. Ensure the system is adequately powered, the pilot flame is established, and all electrical connections (such as the TH and TPTH wires) are securely connected to the gas valve according to the wiring diagram.
For the transmitter, slide the battery door open and insert three AAA batteries respecting the indicated polarity. For the receiver, slide the battery cover off and install four AA batteries. You will need to re-initialize your remote after changing the batteries.
